Welcome to It’s Monday!  What Are You Reading!
I'm Currently Reading...

Castle's Fortressby Rhonda Lee Carver
One hundred years ago, a little girl died mysteriously. Twenty years ago, another followed. Today, Fall Winters has to find out why. The last person Jake Castle expects to see again is Fall Winters. Twenty years ago, they were been best friends, until her father killed his sister. He left her and his sleepy hometown--and all the memories in it. He didn't want a stroll down memory lane, especially with her. Fall has never believed her father was guilty. He was responsible for a lot of things, but not kidnapping and killing a teenage girl. Now, Fall's own sister is missing under similar circumstances. It looks like she was right. She must find her sister alive and prove the connection between the cases, not to mention her father's innocence. Fall turns to the only person she can trust--Jake.Jake agrees to help Fall on one condition: They never step foot in the ramshackle haunted house that almost left Fall dead when she was ten. Jake wants to believe the ghost they saw that night was a figment of his imagination. But as they delve further into the mystery surrounding the kidnappings, Jake begins to realize there is a connection to the house, and a stronger one with Fall. He knows it's time to face his fears--and the feelings inside his heart that lead him straight to Fall.

(Still Reading) Fatal Circle (Persephone Alcmedi #3)by Linda Robertson
Destiny sucks. . . . There was a time when Persephone Alcmedi thought her life was hard to manage, what with wondering how to make sure she took adequate care of both her grandmother and her foster daughter, Beverley, whether she'd end up in the unwanted position of high priestess of a coven, and whether her werewolf lover, Johnny, would resist the groupies who hang around his band Lycanthropia. But that was before the fairies started demanding that Seph's frightening, unpredictable ally - the ancient vampire Menessos - be destroyed . . . or the world will suffer. Seph and Menessos are magically bonded, but that's a secret she dares not reveal to her fellow witches lest they be forced to reject her and forbid her use of magic. And, despite the strain this casts on her relationship with Johnny, as a showdown with the fairies nears, she and Menessos badly need the werewolves as allies. Life, death, and love are all on the line, but when destiny is calling, it doesn't help to turn away. With the individual threads of their fates twisted inextricably together, can Seph, Johnny, and Menessos keep the world safe from fairy vengeance?

Entangled (Spellbound #1)by Nikki Jefford
Two months after dying, seventeen-year-old witch Graylee Perez wakes up in her twin sister Charlene’s body. Until Gray finds a way back inside her own body, she’s stuck being Charlene every twenty-hour hours. Her sister has left precise instructions on how Gray should dress and behave. Looking like a prep isn’t half as bad as hanging out with Charlene’s snotty friends and gropey boyfriend. The “normals” of McKinley High might be quick to write her behavior off as post-traumatic stress, but warlock Raj McKenna is the only person who suspects Gray has returned from the dead. Now Gray has to solve the mystery of her death and resurrection and disentangle herself from Charlene’s body before she disappears for good. ***Entangled is a young adult paranormal fantasy romance suitable for ages 15 and up.***

And when Louis is forced to cooperate with a tough state investigator who once worked with Joe, tensions skyrocket. 1. Looks like some thrillers this week. Castle's Fortressby starts off sort of like the book I'm currently reading, In the Woods. With a 20 year old mystery that comes back to the forefront of the story.

Have a great reading week, I'm visiting from BookJourney's It's Monday! What are You Reading? Hope you'll pay me a visit!

    1. I just started Heart of Ice the other Kincaid books were ok so I'm thinking this will be along the same lines. Yeah I have books scattered around the house, one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom, couple in the living room. I just read what ever I'm in the mood for or what is really good at the moment, lol. Thanks for stopping by,
