Review: I thought this book would be helpful with dealing with the current stress I'm under and hopefully dealing with the anxiety that seems to be part of my daily life. While this was informative, I was a little disappointed with the amount of recipes. Also if you live in a rural area you might not have the resources to get many of the ingredients, unless you purchase them off the internet. With that said the book is a wealth of information on the nervous system. What's good for it, bad for it and how it works. I liked the dietary information. What can help and what can hurt, a lot of stuff is just living healthy and taking care of oneself. The herbal information is broken down for what will help for which problem you might have. Over all a decent book but not exactly what I was hoping for.
