Publisher: Imagine
Release: March 3rd 2015
Genre: NonFiction- Adult: Yoga, Fitness
How I got it: NetGalley

Hip and Healthy. Fit, Fun and Functional. Silly and Serious. Bar Stool Yoga capitalizes on the ever-increasing popularity of yoga, and offers a new twist -- yoga with a vodka martini surprise!

Bar Stool Yoga features over 40 yoga poses, all photographed in a variety of alcoholic establishments. From local pubs to glitzy bars, the postures presented will challenge the fit and fabulous millenials and gen Xrs, while also appealing to their boomer parents and grandparents with some poses for flexibility and joint health. An ideal gift book, perfect for the hip, slick, and cool of all ages.

Review: Like the author states I would never attempt these poses while drinking but they are creative.
The poses are pretty basic, but when you add a barstool they become advance. Honestly some were beyond me. The drink pairing was kinda cool.
Each pose was well explained with normal pictures along with people doing them on various barstools, or on actual bars.
While neat and inspirational I don't see it becoming a thing or any real practical use. I can see people getting hurt despite the warnings in the book. Still a fun idea and a good book.
