I'm going to start posting my workouts for the week. Basically this is for me to keep track and to keep me accountable for my exercise.

Monday:
Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort 15 min 109 cal
Yoga 5 min 11 cal

Tuesday:
Yoga 20 min 45 cal

Weds:
Yoga 4 min 9 cal
Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort 7 min 51 cal
Running (jogging), up stairs 10 min 136 cal

Thursday:
Running (jogging), up stairs 10 min 136 cal
Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace 12 min 36 cal

Friday:
Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace 72 min 216 cal

Saturday:
Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace 15 min 45 cal
Running (jogging), 7.5 mph (8 min mile) 10 min 114 cal
Soccer, casual, general 20 min 127 cal

Sunday:
Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace 7 min 21 cal
Running (jogging), 7.5 mph (8 min mile) 8 min 91 cal
Running (jogging), 5.2 mph (11.5 min mile) 30 min 246 cal
