Llewellyn's Sabbat Essentials series explores the old and new ways of celebrating the seasonal rites that are the cornerstones in the witch's year. A well-rounded introduction to Midsummer, this attractive book features rituals, recipes, lore, and correspondences. It includes hands-on information for modern celebrations, spells and divination, recipes and crafts, invocations and prayers, and more!

Review: I really love this series. Like the others this is full of information, only about the Midsummer sabbat. Packed with educational information, rituals, crafts and so much more. Introducing readers to the myths and lore of Midsummer. While mainly introductory in level this is a fun read for those who have been involved in the craft for years. Offering ways for urban and rural folks to celebrate. From those who like simple things to others who enjoy going all out there is a ritual, spell or invocation in this book. The fresh and yummy sounding recipes could be used for anytime during the summer, offering a taste of the sabbat to your BBQ.
Overall a great educational book for anyone interested in the pagan religion.
