Went grocery shopping after work and didn't get home until late.

Tues:
Had open house at school and didn't have time to workout.

Weds:

Thurs:
Lazy day

Fri:
Bicycling (leisurely) - <10 mph 45 mins 171 cals

Sat:
Weight Training (moderate) 34 mins 194 cals
Apple Golf 5 mins 14 cal

Sun:
Bike Machine (Cycling) 41 mins 312 cals
