Walking around Sackets Harbor

Today we decided to go for a walk first we were going to go to the Black River Trail, but it was to packed. So we drove over to the Felts Mills trails, bit the kids were worried about getting ticks on them. So instead we drove all the way to Sackets Harbor and walked the History Tail with a stop at the Seaway Historical Building. The Historical Building used to be a museum, but now you can only go through the 1st level, which I was totally bummed about. We actually did the trail backwards but it was a nice two mile walk at least that's what Endomondo said.
It starts near the battlefield and circles around to end at the historic houses on the other side of the battlefield. We started at the visitor's center and walked passed the docks then the Commander's houses around the battlefield.

It was a beautifully perfect day, not to warm and not to cold. Although the kids complained about not wanting to go, they had fun.
