{Workout Weds} Yoga for Weight Loss- Abs & Arms

I've started trying to use yoga for my strength training and this has become one of my favorite workouts. I combine this with a twenty- thirty minute run, and the 5 Min Bigger Butt video to make an hour workout. It's great for the upper body and core. My abs were screaming at me for the next two days.
