#FitReader Update

So this week was kind of a bust workout wise. I did an interval run Monday and when I got done my right shin hurt something fierce. It didn't hurt when I ran, but when I slowed down to a fast walk it had smarted a bit. I think, and I'm no doctor, but I think I'm getting tendonitis in my right leg from working the sewing machine pedals and it's exacerbated by my running. So I took the rest of the week off running, and used my left leg as much as possible at work. Using my left leg is awkward but manageable. I hope by the end of next week I'll be in a new position at work and won't be using the machines as much. 

How my week went:
8/12/16:  No Workout
8/13/16: ran 2.19 miles on a treadmill for 24m:11s
8/14/16: ran 1.11 for 22m:45s. (Hill repeats)
8/15/16: ran 1.88 miles on a treadmill for 19m:01s. (Interval training)
8/16/16: Rest
8/17/16: Rest
8/18/16: Rest

Interval Training has not been going as well as I had hoped. As you can see I'm not getting it in as often as I should. To be completely honest here, I don't even know if I'm going to be able to do the zombie runs I want due to the entry fees and getting to the location. Well getting to the location of one the other is virtual so not as big a deal. I don't know there's still another month before October so maybe a miracle will happen.

7/19/16: Interval Training - 2.14 mi 21:49 mins 10:16 min pace
7/23/16: Interval Training - 2.27 mi 22:27 mins   9:58 min pace
7/26/16: Interval Training - 2.12 mi 21:11 mins 10:04 min pace
8/3/16:  Interval Training - 2.09 mi  21:16 mins 10:15 min pace
8/15/16: Interval Training -1.88 mi  19:18 mins 10:20 min pace
