I say half of tuesday because I spent the other half in the doctor's office. After getting some meds for my tummy, I felt well enough to go to work but still not 100%. By friday I was feeling better but apparently running to appointments, and getting groceries was enough for me. I tried to do a 10k on the treadmill and almost blacked out after 2.04 miles. Since it's a virtual race I figure I'll just do the rest tomorrow. Hopefully I'll feel up to it.
9/9/16: ran 6.26 mi on a treadmill in 1h:05m:46s.
9/11/16: ran 2.30 mi on a treadmill in 24m:34s.
