Weekly Update

So this week started off good, but sagged in the middle and I got lazy. I decided to get my UP Move back out and replace the batteries, so I could start tracking my workouts and steps again.

10/15/16: ran 3.30 mi in 22:55 mins
Days 6 &7 of Plank Challenge
10/16/16: ran 2.41 mi in 15:54 mins
Yoga for weight loss 27:15 mins
10/17/16: ran 3.45 mi in 22:54 mins
Goodbye Stress Yoga 15 mins
10/18/16: Rest
10/19/16: Rest
10/20/16: Lazy
10/21/16: Got Groceries

    1. Thanks, Just virtual races. I live in an area that doesn't really host vary many and traveling is out of the question.
