Holiday Workout Challenge- The 12 Days of "Fit-mas"


I will be joining my fellow Fit Moms Strong Moms in doing the Holiday Workout Challenge- The 12 Days of "Fit-mas". We'll have a new workout each day for the first 6 days and then repeat them on Days 7-12. There is a pdf to download and videos.
