Monday I will be starting the Spring into Fitness 30 Day Workout Challenge hosted by Fit Mom Strong Mom. It's a free program series open to everyone - beginners, advanced, pregnant or not. There are videos showing how to do each of the exercises included in the program as well as a nutrition portion.
