I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, upset, depressed and stressed out lately. To deal with this I'm throwing myself into my workout. I got up at 4am Thursday to get in a one mile run and day one of the Blogilates calendar. I've been eating better too. Stopping myself from buying junk food and getting trail mix, dried fruit or rice cakes instead.
My goals for June are to keep up with the Bloilates cal and #streakingwiththecoolkids challenge.
