Publisher: Ace
Released: December 28, 2010
Genre: Fiction- Adult: Paranormal, Urban Fantasy

A demon is stalking Vicky's dreams-just as several of Deadtown's zombies are viciously attacked and become really dead. And when Vicky realizes she is the only connection between the victims, she suspects that the demon is somehow working through her dreams to become Deadtown's living nightmare.

Review: Another great book by Ms Holzner. This is the second installment in the Deadtown series. In this book Vicky goes to England to enlist the help of her Aunt Mab. While there Mab has her move to the next level of her demon fighter training. Vicky also meet her "cousin" Pyrce who is a demi-demon.
There is a lot going on once again in this book. Vicky is dealing with more than her share of problems. Pyrce is hell bent (pardon the pun) of fulfilling a prophecy, that he believes means one thing, but prophecies are tricky. Which lead to a bunch of twist and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat cheering Vicky on as she once again works to save Boston for a supernatural disaster.
Packed full of action and even a tiny bit of romance. I got a better look at Vicky's Aunt Mab who is the one who trained her to fight demons. I liked the way Ms Holzner worked in the history of Vicky's race, and how the demi-demons are part of it. She gave us all the information but didn't overwhelm you with it. Again I liked the new creatures introduced and the context she used them in through out the book. Ms Holzner's writing style is just so enthralling, it pulled me in and I couldn't put this down. I loves these books and can't wait to sink into the third one.
