Review: I find psychic abilities fascinating.  This book covers a wide range of abilities, I never knew there was a name for people who could taste or smell things. Ms Barnum goes over the various ways to expand your senses and develop your own psychic abilities.
I like how every thing was broken down into bite size, manageable sections. It's not all just shoved at you. Each section covers a sense, how to enhance the sense, exercises and examples of how to use as well as recognize the sense. I thought the book was well written and researched. I found the exercises easy to do and follow, working through the different part or skipping around to work on what I felt I need to or was comfortable with.
I found this to be an excellent beginner book. If you are interested in learning about psychic abilities or expanding your senses then check this book out.
