This week sucked! Hoping next week will be better.

2/14 Sunday-
30 min Running on trampoline (did the 2.14 Love 2 Run race)
36 mins Kettlebell Workout

2/15 Monday-
9 min Yoga

2/16 Tuesday-

2/17 Weds-

2/18 Thursday-

2/19 Friday-
1 hr Shoveling
20 min Sledding

2/20 Sat-

No meal prep this week.
