Of course I used my Zombies Run app to do the One Bad Mother Runner 5K. I ran it on my treadmill, and went a little over.
I was doing good until around the two mile mark I started getting pain in the arches of my feet, and pain going up my shin. I had to slow to a walk. When that went away I sped back up only to get a stitch in my side about half a mile later. The pain in my arches never really went away and I think it has to do with the Reeboks I bought a few months ago. Yes the ones pictured above. Other than that I made good time and felt pretty good after the run.
