{Recipe} Macaroni Soup (Repost)

This is DK's fave comfort food, it's his mom's recipe. Super simple, budget friendly, and customisable.

2 lbs Stew Meat (Beef)
2 cans of Italian Stewed Tomatoes
3 Cups, Macaroni, cooked, enriched
2 small Onions
8-10 Bouillon Cube
1 Cup Water

Brown the stew beef in big pot, while it's cooking mince the onion. Once the stew beef is nice and brown, toss in the half the bouillon, water, stewed tomatoes and onion. While that's cooking in another pot put the macaroni and bring to a boil. Once the macaroni is cooked to your liking drain and add it to the other pot. Add extra bouillon and water as needed. Let cook for a few more minutes, then ladle into bowl and eat as soon as it's cool enough.

Note the longer it sits the more the noodles will absorb the broth.
