Now that I'm feeling better I'm getting my training plan back on track. Works gotten better. So if I can just get through the holidays and back to normality, I will be happy.
One day a week of dedicated strength training: 0/7 unless you count work then it's like 2/7 but that's not exactly dedicated.
Here's what I did this week...
12/4/16: Ran 6.26 miles in 43:25 mins
12/6/16: Ran 4.21 miles in 31:21 min
12/8/16: Ran 4.23 miles in 33:21 mins
12/9/16: Ran 6.86 miles in 52:24 mins
