{Recipe} Easy Java Protein Shake (Repost)

I like trying different things with my protein shakes because lets face it the same old same old gets boring after awhile. My first Coffee Protein Drink recipe was good, but I wanted something a little more fancy. 



Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder - vanilla
2 tsp (or to taste) instant coffee
1 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup 1% fat milk

Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or shaker/ bottle mix well.

Makes 1 serving @ 231 calories
